Writing articles is an excellent way to bolster your internet marketing success. It easy to do and has many benefits. Here’s a quick guide to article marketing.
1. Start by writing an article. Prepare a 250 to 1000 word article on a subject relevant to the goods and services that you are trying to sell. Better yet, prepare 10 articles. The articles should be of use to prospective buyers of your services or goods and may focus on subjects like “5 ways to select the best widget" or “4 big benefits of using xxyyzz".
2. Add a biography. At the end of each of your articles, Write a short biographical summary of yourself. Include a link to your website or an appropriate landing page. Example: “John Doe is the proprietor of DoeReMi Music Store in San Diego. More information on John and his music stores can be found at www.DRMusic.com. "
3. Submit the article to various article distribution services. Consider such services as www.isnare.com, www.ghostwriters.com or www.articlewheel.com. They, in turn, will distribute it to a variety of different consumers – along with your biography.
From that point, what happens is that your article is distributed to various ezines, webmasters and electronic publications around the world along with your biography. The effect is that (a) you become recognized as someone that has something to say about topics of interest in your industry, and (b) the backlinks to your site will increase traffic and, over time, begin to increase your search engine rankings.
