I always like travelling and Spain is one of the countries I like best. I went to Spain once and I loeved Valencia.

The third biggest city in Spain Valencia, located in southeast of Spain, facing the sea in the East and backed by the vast plain, remain green throughout the year and also have a pleasant climate. So it is also known as “A pearl in the west coast of Mediterranean

Since the bullfight is the national sport in Spain, there are bullrings everywhere in Spain, the same in Valencia.

Valencia is not only full of classic atmosphere but also has the vitality of modern times, Modern designed Valencia city of Arts and Sciences is definitely a shock to all of the world. It is designed and built by the famous architect San Diego Calatrava in 14 years, including, Planetarium, Prince Felipe Art Science Palace, and Queen Sophia Theatre.

The spherical Planetarium is under a transparent arch cover which is 110meters long and 55.5meters wild. Its concrete structure and operating process are very attractive: on the another side of the arch cover is a huge door, we can see the spherical Planetarium inside when the door open, eyes associating will be more intensity when the movement reflects on the wading pool.

Queen Sophia Theatre looks like a sailing of the spacecraft! The designers covered the whole surface of the theatre with sparkling bricks which makes it shining all the day long like the Sydney opera house. Queen Sophia Theatre has 4 acting areas inside and 1700 seats in the main hall. It can play symphony, ballet and drama. Also can be used as open-air theatre.

The design inspiration of Prince Felipe Art Science Palace is from the nature. This odd modeled Avant-garde architecture once became the symbol of Valencia’s modernization! Valencia itself is a construct.

There are very few cities like Valencia can perfectly mix the heritage building in 138 A. D, together with the newest Avant-garde architecture and bring to us different feeling of interveining time and space. The photos shooted there looks like being edited by photo editor and added with photo frames .
