But, it is not just this area that holds events. They are scattered all around the area. Downtown Daytona, especially Main Street is another happening area. The street is basically shut down for this event and at any given shop, bar, or store on this street, one can expect to find specials that coincide with the genre.
Bike week is, as the name implies, a week long event of bikes, babes, and beer. It is a party type atmosphere that has a circus effect and envelopes the town. It is ranked second next to Sturgis for biker events and certainly lives up to that reputation.
