Hong Kong is one of the most cultural places through out the world. There is something for everybody.

As far as shopping is concerned Hong Kong is one of the best places to shop in. There are many ranges of value products with makes and brands in malls all been designer. As confusing as Cantonese may be you do not need to learn the language as the Chinese are really intelligent people and the majority do speak English and you can also use sign language which is really easy to understand. You simply wont get a better bargain as everything is cheap and not to mention the tax free.

Cantonese style food is some of the most nicest food in the Chinese origin and you cant beat any Chinese food unless you eat the food in Hong Kong. Eat at the world famous revolving restaurant which is the tallest building in Hong Kong.

Hong Kong boasts many events like the international festival with so many different events including football, badminton etc. If you go to Hong Kong for the new year then you will surely be taken back with fantastic fire work displays which is late January early February. In June the Dragon Boat festival takes place and is a major international event and again is a must do.

After you have eaten in some of the best restaurants then you can choose from some of the upmarket pursuits such as opera and theatre or hit down in hunt of bars and night clubs. Like the England west end, Hong Kong also boasts shows like Les Miserables and The Phantom of the Opera.
