Baltimore is undoubtedly one of the finest depictions of history and innovation. It features things that suit to the eyes of every tourist. This port city with an atmosphere throughout which a special international flavor pervades, is surrounded by neighborhoods that boast of their distinct charm and culture. Baltimore city lies in the state of Maryland of USA on the bank of Patapsco River.

Baltimore Maryland is famous for its Cheasepeake bay cuisine. It is one of the major cultural and industrial centers in the USA. One the best protected sea port, this city gets the protection from the freezing winter cold by Appalachian Mountains.

Maryland Transit Administration manages the transportation system in the city. Baltimore city map is filled with rail lines that include light rail system, and a subway line. MARC commuter rail facilitates traveling to Washington D. C. as it connects the Washington D. C’s Union station with Baltimore city’s two stations Camden Station and Penn Station. A rapid bus service also serves the purpose of travelers. Baltimore’s proximity to the ocean makes its climate hot, humid in summer and cool, moist in winter.

This city is famous for its Blue crabs. It has been the central hub of crab industry. Each of the restaurants and shop serve people with crabs or crab cakes or sell some crab dishes. The style of eating crabs of Baltimore inhabitants is also very unique. Another famous cuisine of this city is Chicken Box. This city is bound to render you a wonderful experience of you life.
