Panic attacks effect over 6 million Americans and the number is growing everyday. It's become a modern day epidemic.

If you're reading this article chances are you or somebody you know is experiencing them. Do you know how to treat panic attacks? I do, and I'm going to share a plan with you that has worked for me and some of my closest friends.

First of all, lifestyle is a huge factor in treating panic attacks, which many people overlook. If you're living a stressful life, hate your job, don't exercise, eat like crap, etc, your chances of having panic attacks increase many, many times over. So what can do?

Take a look at what is stressing you out first of all. Is it your job? Your boss? A family situation? Whatever it is you have to do your best to take away the stressor in your life, because if you don't face up to it, it's gotta come out somewhere. Thus the racing heartbeat, the panicky feelings, and the nausea that you experience in “normal" situations of everyday life. You body and your brain is telling you something. . . it's saying. . . DEAL WITH ME NOW!

What you may not know is that diet and exercise don't just have any amazing effect on your body they also have any amazing effect on your brain! Exercising just three times a week and cleaning up your diet with decrease your chances of having panic attacks in the future. What I mean by a clean diet is cut out the junk, soda pop and fast food are major culprits. Also start eating more protein (the stuff that actually creates the neurotransmitters in your brain which keep you calm). And, lastly eat your fruits and vegetables for their amazing alkaline mineral content.

Ok, so you've learned the basics of how to treat panic attacks, but there is one more step you absolutely have to take to change the way your brain works.

This technique is called The One Move Technique from Panic Away . It's like having a safety net for all your fears, because it teaches you how to stop a panic attacks as it occurs! And isn't that the real fear? That's you can't stop it from happening. It weighs on you as you wonder when is this going to happen again???

For me here for information on this life saver.
