If You Want to Learn How to Boost the Impact of Your Hypnosis Using Self Help Hypnosis

Emotional Triggers are unconscious responses that are triggered within the body to develop a physical or emotional behavior leading to self help hypnosis.

Emotional triggers were discovered by Ivan Pavlov in his experiment wherein, he would ring a bell before sending food to the dogs. The dogs developed emotional triggers in time that they began to associate the ringing of the bell with the expectation of food that, they salivate just by ringing of the bell.

Before Pavlov's discovery, there was William Twitmeyer who discovered the Knee-jerk reflex. The knee-jerk reflex involves tapping the knee cap to cause the leg to jump and straighten. After 50 to 100 times of doing so, just holding the hammer to suggest tapping the knee would cause the person's leg to automatically jump and straighten.

These researches on conditioning of unconscious responses to induce self help hypnosis are referred as post hypnotic suggestions. Post hypnotic triggers are emotional triggers that can be set to create a specific reaction. They can be created by environments and sometimes by other people.

To implant emotional triggers, the first step is to follow the 4 Stage Protocol which are: absorbing attention, bypassing critical thinking, activating unconscious response and achieving the desired thought pattern. After this, create an emotional trigger but should be aware of the conditions involved.

The first condition you must be aware of is that you must have access to a clear state of mind. Without this it would be difficult to access the exact state of mind you were originally seeking.

Next is to set the trigger, which can be anything you can work in to a casual conversation. It can be a word, gesture, smell taste, touch or sound however it is good to know that the easiest to work with are the touch, sound and sight triggers.

The third condition for setting an emotional trigger to induce self help hypnosis is through repetitive actions.

Finally, test the trigger by simply breaking the concentration with a distraction. You must strive to leave them with a clear state of mind in order to set off your trigger again till the previous emotional state returns.
