What is Conversational Hypnosis? A Beginners Guide to Conversational Hypnosis

Conversational hypnosis is often talked about; it even features on popular TV shows such as Oprah. However, very few people truly understand it or its techniques. Today I am going to answer the question “what is conversational hypnosis?" - once and for all.

We usually think of hypnosis as funny people waving pendulums or watches in other peoples’ faces, whilst telling them that they are “getting sleepy". However, conversational hypnosis is much deeper and more powerful than that more “traditional" form of hypnosis.

Essentially, conversational hypnosis is the art of influencing others to believe what you want them to believe, do what you want them to do, or say what you want them to say, all without them having any knowledge of your subliminal manipulation of their mind. This is achieved in every day conversation, using phrases, sentence structures, gestures and other techniques that can be effortlessly blended into everyday life (after they have been mastered of course)

So who can learn conversational hypnosis? Simple. Anybody who has an interest in increasing his or her persuasive power, influence and general happiness in life can benefit from the techniques of this unique form of hypnosis. It is very popular with teachers, as they can use it to control the class, without coming across as overly harsh. Parents would also benefit as it can used to improve children's behaviour. Salespeople can also implement conversational hypnosis techniques into their sales repertoire to massively increase conversion rates. The point I'm trying to get across here is that it's a beneficial skill for anybody to have.

Imagine, just for a moment, how much better your life would be if you could persuade anybody to do almost anything that you ask, or believe almost anything you say. That's the power of conversational hypnosis.
