True Happiness Story - Follow My Example

I started my research looking for happiness, when I was only 12 years old. My literary talent made me start writing a book to try to change the world, because I felt the world was completely wrong.

This was my first, illusory attempt to discover happiness and give it to the world, because I felt I had this power with my words. When I turned 15 years old, I had a tea party in one of the highest buildings of Sao Paulo, on the 40th floor. In 1976 this was an extraordinarily high building!

Three months later, I suffered a very tragic car accident and I lost forever my dearest friend, who was sitting next to me in the car. I also lost my faith in the existence of God. I became sarcastic and aggressive and I hated life. I wanted to die like my friend Marina. . .

Then I threw my first book about happiness in the trash and started fighting with everyone, as well as writing poems full of rebellion and anger, where the word “blood" was repeated many times. It was at precisely this time, when I was terrified by my ignorance, that I started writing the most important book in the Universe, which gave me the key to knowledge.

This book not only showed me that happiness depends on peace and wisdom, but it also provided me with the largest collection of archetypes. Archetypes are dream symbols which can be found in artistic, literary and religious works, in all human civilizations and throughout all periods of history.

My book was completely written by the archetypes, thanks to the magical inspiration that would suggest sounds and meanings to me, giving me the direction that my writing should take. I, the writer, was only a typist. The real author was the unconscious mind that gives inspiration to all artists and sends us dreams with very important messages. We have to learn how to interpret these messages, because the wild side of our conscience will not learn them.

The wild anti-conscience is our primitive conscience, that didn't evolve like our human conscience, and therefore remains in an animal state. The dream messages are basically protection and guidance from the unconscious mind to the dreamer, so that he or she can overcome all mental illnesses, which are caused by the anti-conscience.

I discovered this truth accidentally, when I was 28 years old.

I had started looking for a solution to my terrible depression and neurosis five years before, when two deaths in my family in Greece, in the same week of July, made me feel a totally helpless victim of fate; faced with events that could not be changed. The car accident had happened in Brazil. . .

In 1989 I met the horrible anti-conscience that causes hallucinations, fainting, and severe disturbances in a person's mind when it manages to destroy the human part of our conscience. I continued the dangerous research started by the psychiatrist Carl Jung into unknown regions of the human psyche through dream interpretation.

Yes, me. Even though I was not a psychologist or psychiatrist, I continued his research because I was an artist and I could understand the meaning of the archetypes much better than Jung, who first discovered their existence and definition.

My second literary book gave me the mysterious code for the exact translation of the dream symbols; there were so many symbols in the entire story, that one explained the other. All of them were communicating the same ideas, in different forms.

It was amazing to decipher the symbolic meaning of my literature, when I was looking for peace again, years later. The symbolic meaning of the story was completely different from its literary meaning: the symbolism is really another language!

After better deciphering the dream messages thanks to the clearer translation of their meaning, I also discovered the wisdom of the unconscious mind that produces them, and I trusted its wise guidance, vowing to fight against craziness like a hero.

This is how I discovered mental health for life and I'm giving you the map that will help you find real happiness, instead of giving you only my words and ideas. If you want to find and keep your mental health and happiness for life like me, you only have to learn how to properly translate the messages contained in your own dreams.

Prevent Depression and Craziness through the scientific method of Dream Interpretation discovered by Carl Jung and simplified by Christina Sponias, a writer who continued Jung's research in the unknown region of the human psychic sphere.
