Four Steps For Achieving Your Dreams and Goals

Improvement to one individual may mean being able to eat every day of the week instead of on only 5.

However, ask your self do you want to make positive changes to your life? Starting the day with bad news does not seem to be a sensible thing to do. Starting the day to make the lasting changes that will make each day a more positive, and productive one.

Personally, I keep myself motivated and up beat everyday by watching or listening to at least one motivational and positive individual

Step 1: Motivation can come from internal or external sources but it is important to cultivate the internal sources because that means that it's coming from within the person himself. Motivation is a tool and like any tool, it's learning how to use it properly that will make it useful to you. Motivation gives you that inner drive to accomplish what you want so take the first step today and never look back

Ok let me tell you a little story when I was a young man I wanted to be rapper (MC) so I started calling

My self Stress. To me I thought it was a good thing but I was wrong! At that time the positive individual in my life. Was my mom she use to tell me all the time words have power but being a adolescent it just went in one ear and out the other. It was when I got older the words of my mom begun to hunt me I started to see my life falling into a pit of depression and darkness. I lost control of my emotions it when I begin to open my mind to those motivational words" words have power". It was then I took my first steps to positive changes to my life and that inner drive to accomplish Personal Goals took root. Let's get into step2:

Step 2: Power of Positive Thinking: Being able to tune into positive thinking means that your thoughts and beliefs can rule your actions and it means that you can sometimes be stronger than your abilities. Now let's look back to my story in order to make positive changes I had to think positive and that means telling myself “words have power" every day.

Step3: Personal Goal Setting: Goal setting can offer many rewards including allowing people to focus on their objectives, to accomplish certain goals, and to organize their priorities and activities.

Step4: Stress Management Techniques: Making decisions, facing deadlines, working long hours, and being forced to produce unrealistic results are only some of the causes for the incredible amount of stress in people's lives. Stress sensors induce what is commonly called a stress response in us, that is psychological, physiological, and/or behavioral reactions to stress sensors Stress is a state of physical, mental or emotional strain that occurs in response to real or perceived events, which occur in our everyday lives.

Try meditation for inner peace and for relaxation of mind and body, with beautiful nature scenes, soothing music and affirmations. By meditating that can help Control Your Emotions stay up beat walk around with smile your happiness should not depend on events occurring as we want because they never will. Happiness is actually found in everyone, increasing it is a way to make a life more wonderful and also healthier. Use these Skills such as decision making, inherent abilities such as emotional intelligence and critical thinking are also essential to your personal growth.
