Without passion, your business plan, personal goals and family plans are set to fail. These 3 simple tips will help you breath life on your dreams.

1. Have a big enough WHY.
George Bernard Shaw says ‘You see things; and you say ‘Why?’ But I dream things that never were; and I say ‘Why not?’
When you are going through the day to day motions of life, you might forget why you are working toward creating a better life. You might lose site of the reason you started your business in the first place. Keep reminding yourself of the WHY. Do you want to be able to leave a inheritance for your grandchildren? Are you wanting to be successfully self employed so you can have more family time? Keep your WHY before you regularly. This way when you get discouraged through the day to day events that life can pose, you can focus on the reason you are working toward your goals.

2. Believe in yourself.
Even though you may feel unqualified, uneducated, scared to leave your comfort zone, believe in yourself. When you have inner confidence, it speak volumes about your professionalism and your reliability before you ever open your mouth.

3. Reassess regularly.
Get together regularly with your core team to discuss any posing problems and refocus on the goals. This keep everyone motivated and reminds everyone why you are going where you are going. It will bring to light suggestions, any concerns your team have and it will help you focus on the areas that are in most need of attention.
