Think about any of these; Waking up to watch the sunlight, walking on the beach, gardening, sleeping deep on a body soothing bed, cruising on the ocean, listen to cool music, Lounging on a the front yard of a pent house, play your favourite sport or just chilling with your friends munching some tasty and fresh- from- the- garden meal, or any other mind soothing event that you do not need any machine or artificial ingredients. Sound like daydreaming or luxury? It should not be. Loving and stay close to nature would only make you a better person.
Yes you might budget for a great holiday once a year sign up with the gym or spa. But that not enough for you. You need to take care for your body and mind if, you truly want to be successful or stay successful. “No time" is no excuse employs to nature help you out. Forget the exercise regularly hype
Try to fix any exercise into your daily living and see the difference. I added this because I know a lot off people worry about the weight (I do too). You might not need to lose weight but you need to be fit. Exercise may provide break from worries and other emotional and physical stress. So take a walk or jog daily. (There would be time if you can determine to). You could try: to stop a bus stop before yours and walk home or use the stairs instead of the elevator, stretch or dance daily. Exercise and staying active are an important to achieving your goals! Note exercise is more fun when you are not told to do it dear to save your life.
Quite time please!
Get centered, no phone no pagers, TV or colleagues or any form of noise. All you need to do is breathe Appreciate nature, listen to the sound of the birds, the wind and levees. Or get a nice instrumental playing very low. Take time daily to get in touch with that innermost peace. If you can’t get things off your mind then, try to imagine or remember a pleasurable moments you had or wish for. Some times you might need to walk away from your work, study and everyone. You can choose to take a nap or sleep. Whether you choose it is okay and healthy. At least 15 minute a day is a good way to go. You can set an alarm to remind you but the key is to be faithfully to the purpose. What do you say?
