It is often argued that the traditional learning centers are the best medium of education. However, over the past few years, the importance of online education has significantly grown. There are many proponents of online education and, they believe that through virtual classroom one can practice and grow knowledge. The online educator tools are available with the latest features and the age appropriate content.

In traditional and conventional education system teachers have to put in a lot of extra effort in the form of making the materials and distributing the same to each individual and explain to individuals the same concept again and again. Yet, the results are not positive!

The traditional education is a teacher centric method where teachers’ role is decisive in terms of what is to be taught and how. However, the virtual classroom is a result oriented approach and time saving way to practice literacy. It is a student centric method of learning, because a student has a control over what he is learning and he can decide the kind of resources he needs to study. It is very encouraging because the complete control is in the hands of students. When to start and when to end the session is in the hands of students. Online educator tools motivate a student to learn more. This desire to learn more helps a student excel in his or her class and results in better grades.

There are many effective educator tools, such as online flashcards and quiz generators that make the learning fun and engaging. These education tools are developed based on extensive research and are in sync with the best teaching and learning practices. It has been researched that if the learning resources are not simple and easy to use, students shy away from them. Online flashcards are both simple and effective medium of improving knowledge.

Online learning resources have an edge over traditional learning resources because they can be accessed anywhere and anytime. All the resources can be accessed via Internet. These learning resources are available 24/7. Also, the online education tools like flash card machine and quiz makers make customization very easy. You can create any number of flash cards and quizzes according to your needs.

Flash card machine not only helps students but also the teachers because they can create online flashcards for their virtual classroom. These interactive education tools help save a lot of time and money.

Though, the popularity of online medium has increased, yet online learning resources are treated as supplemental learning solutions. The traditional educational system is preferred at the school level to foster discipline among the students. Whether it is online resource or traditional classroom, the content needs to be appropriate according to the development stages of the students. offers effective educator tools such as virtual classroom and online flashcards that encourage online learning.
