Organizational learning and knowledge management is Organizational learning is an area of knowledge within organizational theory that studies models and theories about the way an organization learns and adapts. It is basically a process where employee learning form organization and organization learning from employee is known as organizational learning. Organizational learning and knowledge management is when managers try to improve the desire, as well as the ability, to understand and manage the organization and the task environments, with the objective of improve effectiveness.

In Organizational learning and knowledge management a group of people continually enhance their capacity to create what they want to create. Organizational learning and knowledge management is the ability of an organization to gain insight and understanding from experience through experimentation, observation, analysis, and a willingness to examine both successes and failures.

Organizational learning and knowledge management helps in process of improving actions through better knowledge and understanding. Organizational learning focused on the practice of five core disciplines:

  2. Team learning
  3. Mental models
  4. Personal mastery
  5. Shared vision

As learning can take place everywhere, in colleges and universities Organizational learning and knowledge management helps students to work in a group and helps to achieve goals in an organization it helps employees to work in an organization. In today’s society Organizational learning and knowledge management is very important because it is the process by which an organization acquires the knowledge necessary to survive and compete in its environment. This includes the development of knowledge and understanding, shared among organizational employees, that leads to effective action.
