Explode Your Martial Arts Speed, Timing And Power...Using An Ordinary Black Magic Marker

Visitors: 171

A lot of people have never heard this, but I swear it's the truth:

You can triple the speed, accuracy and coordination of your strikes and kicks - no matter what martial arts discipline you study - simply by training with magic markers.

Don't believe me?

Then try this and see for yourself:

Grab a friend and two black magic markers (the long ones).

Now, take the caps off and have a simulated “knife fight. " Don't go for the head or do anything irresponsible - just body strikes on the arms, legs or torso.

And the guy who gets marked up three times first loses.

What does this do for you besides get you marked up with ink?

Well, you will notice when you're having this simulated knife fight, where you could actually get marked up with black magic marker (not easy to get off the clothes or skin) that you are moving way faster than you would normally, and your senses are more in tune with your surroundings.

It's true.

You see, when you fight with weapons the stakes go way up and the chances of getting severely hurt go way up. And so, you will naturally move faster, more fluidly and use more wisdom, strategy and common sense. This is not only true if you are using real weapons, but even if you are using magic markers since you will definitely NOT want to get marked up.

And eventually, when you do this enough, all these great fighting “attributes" - like speed, distance and coordination - will carry over into your open handed fighting.
