In pursuit of the easiest golf swing, golfers are spending hundreds of dollars on lessons, dvds, books, gimmicky training aids and other approaches in hopes to achieve the simple swing that's the easiest to repeat for 18 holes. The only problem is. . . golfers aren't achieving it. . . why? I have a few theories, but the main one is one you might not regard or have put off. Let's see if I'm right.
To make an easy golf swing you must have golf specific muscles that do what you want them to do right?
Do you feel like you have the flexibility or strength to get the job done for 18 holes? If not, don't you think that doing some simple exercises might make a big difference in getting this easy golf swing?
If your muscles are tight and restricted, you will NEVER achieve that easy feeling, nor will you have any consistency with your swing.
You've got to take into consideration how physically demanding the golf swing is and how much golf specific strength and flexibility you need to pull it off. Especially for the older golfers who have lost so much strength and range of motion. These golfers will continue to struggle and be frustrated until they address their physical limitations in their golf swing.
When you take care of your physical body, the swing automatically gets easier. Doesn't that make sense? An out of shape body struggles to make good swings, which makes it only worse as more tension creeps in and your swing goes south in a heartbeat.
Do you want to discover the secret to creating more power and consistency in your golf swing. . . AND eliminating ALL your swing faults?
