I'm here to share with you some of my female bodybuilding diet advice. This should help you with your overall muscle building and allow you to reach new highs by applying these tips.
- Understand The Breakdown of Food: Understanding the breakdown of food, makes it much easier for you to determine what to eat and when to eat it. Essentially all food breaks down into combinations of protein, carbs and fat. Each of these components play a vital role, hence why none should ever be cut off, like it is suggested in some diets. Protein has the role of repairing and maintaining lean body mass. This includes vital organs, muscles, tissue, etc. Carbs have the role of giving us our immediate energy. They allow us to have more energy when we workout and do things. Lastly, fat, plays it's biggest role while you sleep. It keeps the functions of your body running smoothly, like hormone production.
- Smaller Meals, More Often: Eating smaller meals more often is probably about one of the most important tasks you should undertake. The amount of muscle you could build is absolutely amazing. The reason you need to do it is because your body doesn't repair muscle tissue instantly. It takes time. Over that time, your body is in a constant state of muscle repair. Therefore you need to have a constant inflow of nutrients to repair this muscle.
- Evening Eating: The evening is our snack time and we like treats. Well, you're going to have to eliminate all the popular snacks like potato chips and popcorn because they are all carbs. Carbs are you energy food and since you're going to bed, you don't need it. Unused energy gets stored as fat. The best thing you can eat in the evening is combinations of protein and fat, so your body is getting a good repair of muscle tissue through the night.
