Cambridge MA Luxury Apartment Buildings

There is a high demand for luxury apartment rentals in Cambridge. The last few years has seen quite a few luxury apartment buildings built, and leased up quick. The Regatta, The Archstone Northpoint, Third Square Apartments, University Park, and the Watermark are all located in Cambridge, and are some of the most coveted luxury buildings in the Boston area.

Some of the best schools in the world are located in Cambridge, such as Harvard University & Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Cambridge is also home to some of the nation's top biotech companies in Kendall Square. There are many major companies headquartered in the city, and Google just put its east coast headquarters in between Central Sq & Kendall Sq. Also, downtown Boston is literally right over the bridge! Many of the luxury buildings are located on the Charles River, and have amazing views of downtown Boston.

The Regatta was recently turned into condos, however there are still apartments for rent in the building. One bedroom apartments in the Regatta typically start around $2000, and 2 bedrooms start around $2800. The Archstone Northpoint was completed in 2008, and has leased up very quick. One bedrooms at the Archstone start around $2000 for a 1 bedroom, and $2800 for a 2 bedroom. The building features a 24hr concierge, indoor pool, and indoor garage parking is available.

The Watermark, located in Kendall Square, was completed in 2006 and leased up extremely quick. Third Square Apartments, located across from the Watermark, just opened in 2008 and are leasing fast as well. University Park includes multiple luxury buildings, such as 100 Lansdown, 91 Sidney Lofts, 23 Sidney Lofts, and the Kennedy Biscuit Lofts.
