After the demolition of illegal structure of Bangalore West property for sale the people are complaining that the BBMP wakes up only when something drastic takes place which is highlighted by the media. The BBMP is demolishing the encroachments in Bangalore which are built on storm water drains even when the owners of these 1 BHK flats in Bangalore West are showing all the paperwork. The owners are saying if the authorities have accepted Registration when they went to buy 1 BHK apartments for sale in Bangalore West and collected taxes for the same how can they suddenly demolish the structures.
If the authorities are using century old maps like this clearly indicates that all the state governments have not developed the city in a planned manner. What seems more absurd is the fact that the Judiciary has given due permission to BBMP to demolish illegal structure of Bangalore West property for sale even without giving time for the people living here to move their belongings. The same situation would not have arisen if the state government would have asked people to verify the location of the property with rajakaluve map before they went to buy 1 BHK flats for sale in Bangalore West.
Very recently only after huge public outcry these maps were made available to public online but this move was sadly too late for many owners of 1 BHK apartments in Bangalore West whose homes have already been demolished. This move of putting survey map online should have been taken decades ago before innocent people were duped, but sadly it is being done now after people have almost spent their life's savings to buy 1 BHK apartments in Bangalore West . Also people who had issued fake approvals to these illegal 1 BHK flats for sale in Bangalore West should also be punished. The corrupt officials who have amassed wealth at the cost of middle class people should be severely punished.
People are also saying that instead of demolishing home of individuals the government could have hired engineers who would have without difficulty found other ways for Rajakaluves. Also instead of only targeting Bangalore West property for sale built on storm water drains the BBMP should also clear encroached footpath and other try and resolve other infra projects. Why should the BBMP wait for some disaster to happen? They should be more pro-active so that disasters can be prevented.
