Sacramento with a reason of loosing the tower would often have had changed out skyline with an incomparable tallest building on coast in west direction. However, his work was seen on smaller scale in the ground of capital mall. Though Saca went to bankruptcy stage but was soon seen to be back in action in the field of Business with setting an example just like Trump did. He was a person who was not one of them who would tack their head down and walk aways from the Sacramento.

John Saca with great enthusiasm made himself capable enough to purchase 10th and the J Street. After the purchase of both this asset he was in no need of any partner. He has a great planning to build a forty storied building possibly with a provision of hotel too. The name of the project was given “Metropolitan" which will cost dollar two hundred million versus. This Metropolitan will be of about $200 million versus and the cost of the tower is simply huge and is probably estimated around $ 6, 00 million. However, Metropolitan will not be considered to be the tallest building in west coast but might be the tallest one in Downtown Sacramento but only if it is accepted by the planning commission and the city counting.

For this huge project the main credit has being given to John Saca. Undoubtedly this credit was given for his magnifice3nt efforts and great vision of seein the potentiality in Downtown Sacramento. Sacramento Downtown Foreclosures were almost famous world wide as were in bulks. Due to defaulters, foreclosures were observed and then the great competition was felt by the buyers to purchase the property when in auction.
