Harbor Towers is one of Boston's original luxury high-rises. The building was originally an affordable housing apartment building, and was completed in 1971. Harbor Towers apartments was designed by the same person who built the new “brutalist-era" city hall. The complex consists of 2 40-story 40 towers, and have some of the most incredible views in Boston.

It is located directly next to the New England Aquarium, & Rowes Wharf. Harbor Towers apts were turned into condos in the early 1980's. The condos in the building were originally sold for around $100,000 - and now many are in the multi-millions.

There is a 24hr doorman, concierge services, and an incredible outdoor pool. Harbor Tower condos are literally 2 blocks from the Financial District, as well as a short walk to the North End, Faneuil Hall & all of Downtown Boston.

Condo rentals in Harbor Towers usually start around $1,900 for a 1 bedroom, and $2,700 for a 2 bedroom apartment. Units for sale in the building normally start around $400,000 and go as high as around $3,000,000 depending on the size, view, floor. Boston's infamous Big Dig left some beautiful parks and outdoor space just outside of the building. The Blue line T stop is literally one stop away. The complex is within short walking distance 100's of world class restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

Harbor Towers was hit with one of the largest building assessment's in U. S. history - around approximately $76,000,000. Condo owners were hit with anywhere from around $70,000 to around $400,000 per unit for the assessment, and foreclosures were up at an incredible rate.

Harbor Towers still remains one of Boston's most popular luxury buildings.
