Which is a better proposition: Property in Kalkaji or Vasundhara Enclave

One may be aware that during recent years the suburbs of many metro cities have become the preferred residential destinations for city dwellers. With the changing trends, people prefer to move from their congested residential colonies to spacious houses, right on the outskirts of the cities.

Vasundhara Enclave and Kalkaji both are parts of Delhi but there are huge differences when one considers buying property in Vasundhara Enclave or property in Kalkaji. The major difference lies in the population density of the two localities, coupled along with the other facilities like car parking, water supply etc.
It’s not a hidden fact how owning a property in Delhi is becoming a distant dream for every person. In Delhi, Kalkaji has been tagged as a heavily populated residential locality, which has its own pros and cons. On the other hand, Vasundhara Enclave is luring people with its open roads, spacious colonies and top class facilities.

Vasundhara Enclave is a residential suburb located in East Delhi, the capital of India. It is located on the south of Mayur Vihar, and borders Noida. There are many housing societies in Vasundhara Enclave while the colonies are dominated by several multi-storey apartment blocks in the area.

Potential house seekers can look for a home in Abhimanyu, Abhinav, Abhyant, Capital, City Apartments, Dainik Janyug, Deluxe, Doctor's, Fancy, Gobind Apartments, Habitat, Highland, Prayag, Sreeniketan Apartments; all of which are some famous apartments in Vasundhara Enclave.

This area is facilitated by a large number of schools, colleges, hospitals, markets, sports complex, temples and parks. It also has police station, complete metro Connectivity and different modes of transport which makes it a preferred destination for home buyers. Hence, residential property in Vasundhara Enclave is better priced.

Schools and colleges like Somerville School, Cosmos Public School, Angels Public School, Evergreen Public School, Dashmesh Public School, Starex International School, Maharaja Agrasen College highlight this residential area. The upcoming college of Applied Sciences for Women is also drawing attention of prospective residents.

Nearby Markets include DDA Market (near city apartments), DDA Market (near Dainik Janyug apartments) and Plaza Market. The medical facilities of Vasundhara Enclave include Dharamshila Cancer Hospital, Government Pharmacy and several other private clinics.

Metro connectivity and transport is also quite convenient from Vasundhara Enclave which plays a very important role while choosing any property in New Delhi.

Peek into Kalkaji:

In contrast of Vasundhara Enclave, Kalkaji area is situated in South Delhi, very near to centre of Delhi. It’s famous for the Kalkaji Temple, a famous Hindu temple, dedicated to the Hindu Goddess Kali. Kalkaji area is also well connected with Delhi Metro and also by road transport as Kalkaji is very nearby Nehru Place and other commercial establishments.

Various old and recent crime incidents have influenced the customer orientation when it comes to buying residential properties in little distant areas as comparedto the heavily populated areas. Properties in Kalkaji are not as well priced as the properties in Vasundhara Enclave . However, the highly priced residential properties of Kalkaji are readily being used for commercial purposes, while the residents are left with no apparent choice but to be silent spectators of the terrible blunder.

Property in Kalkaji could prove to be a boon for the commercial settlements, but when it comes to settling down as a resident of this highly congested area, people prefer to back out and look for a house elsewhere.

There may be a difference of opinion when it comes to weighing preferences or commercial benefits; however, it is not a binding analysis which needs to be borne by everyone. It is always an individual’s choice about his/ her residential preference and other conveniences.
