Bi-Color Blenny- Bi color blennies do a great job of eating diatom and other filamentous saltwater aquarium algae that grow on the aquarium rocks and walls of the tank. They are cheap, have lots of personality and are disease resistant. In smaller tanks under 55 gallons keep one per tank or fighting may occur.
Dwarf Angelfish- Some of the smaller angel fish like the flame angel and coral beauty angel fish are great algae eating saltwater fish and will often graze on the algae that grows on live rock in the saltwater tank. These are beautiful fish that are rather expensive and some what delicate so they should only be added to an established aquarium with good water quality. Again keep only one of these fish per tank or they will fight.
