Whenever we are overwhelmed with grief, what we should do is to offer our prayer of praise and thanks to God. During such critical times, we should communicate our problems to the Lord, placing all our cares and worries at His feet.
"Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. " (Phillipians 4:6)
We should, at all times yield our woes, worries and anxieties to the Lord, get close to him, release each and every of our burden to HIM. He will definitely take our burdens on His own shoulders and give us rest.
"Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest" ( Matthew 11:28 )
God cares for you. He is deeply concerned about you. He cared for even Hagar, questioning her, “What is ailing you? Why are you troubled? Why are you weeping?"
Similarly, the Lord asked Mary Magdalene, “Woman, why are you weeping? Whom are you seeking? “. Similarly, the Lord will ask you why are you weeping? Cast all your burden upon me. I am the God who cares for you.
Heavily beaten up, and thrown into the prison, with their feet put in stocks. Paul and Silas should have been dismayed and depressed; but they prayed and sang hymns to the Lord at midnight and the earth shook. Release and honour followed!
The more you praise and pray to the Lord, God's presence and divine joy will fill you; all your worries and woes will be turned into joy and blessings will follow.
