How Do You Keep Increasing Website Traffic Without Blowing Your Budget?

In case you haven't noticed, almost all the big time gurus encourage everyone to get on the “pay per click" fun train. It could be fun indeed but the problem is that if you have a limited budget this can be a kind of stress.

No matter how you look at it, increasing website traffic with pay per click will cost you financially. There is a better way to get massive traffic without snowballing your monthly expenses. I'm about to reveal this to you.

Step 1: Determining Your Preferred Traffic Source

Given the circumstances of how you make a living (or don't) you will have to first determine which kind of ‘zero cost’ traffic strategy you are comfortable with. This means mapping out 1 direct focused tactic you want to work on.

Do not discount the fact that you need to factor in time for your family, church, other errands and so on. Be as realistic as possible. I prefer to work on a low cost traffic source which will offer me a horde of traffic in the long run for 1 effort.

Step 2: Two Keys To Generating Low Cost Traffic Online

My 2 favorite ways to generate traffic would be both from article marketing and search engine marketing. It is rather embarrassing but the two are closely related to each other like brothers.

Hence, what I mean is that if you find a keyword phrase like “lawn mower engine" which has lots of searches you will know plenty of people are looking out for this online. Also, if you write an article and submit it to article directories you will find traffic from other keywords too. This is called latent semantic indexing.

Step 3: Growing Your Traffic For The Long Term

One thing wonderful about article marketing is that if you have an article which sits on the first page of Google, it usually tends to stay there. I mean it stays for the very long term.

I had articles which sat in the top position for like more than a year. So, writing more articles not only gets you traffic but also sort of guarantees you more and more traffic via accumulation.

You Can Do It

At this moment you might say that increasing website traffic seems to be tough job to do. Especially if it involves any kind of writing online. Well, you can do it. I can be sure of that. Why? Because if you can go online and find your way here, you are already halfway to being a good writer yourself.
