Another great way to find out what niche will lead to strong buyers is by finding out what's hot out there in the real world at this given moment. And here's a really easy to take away the fear people have of the dreaded pursuit of “market research".

What if your “market research" involved nothing more than sitting on the couch watching television and taking some mental notes. All the sudden it doesn't seem so bad now does it?

Well I'm about to teach you how watching television can be effective market research. You just need to watch the right programs with the right intention.

Pay close attention to any local or world news report. These are often chalk full of interesting topics of interest and useful information. Take notes. Shows such as “the Today Show" on NBC are literal storehouses of niches and they are constantly offering useful information on everything from health to beauty to cooking.

That information can be the seeds of an ebook or video course online. Supplement your course with further research online, of course.

If it's newsworthy you can be sure there are a solid group of people out there interested in the topic.

Go back to the internet and the related discussion forums and research a particular problem people are having in that niche that you can fill.

Maybe there's a new diet pill out there and you could create a website that helps people track their progress while using that pill. You might need to hire a programmer to get this done but it's a sure way to get lots of traffic and interest since this product is already getting a lot of attention.

Market research has never been so easy and so fun.
