"John, I'd like you to ask you will you take Step 1 and teach people how to do it? Mark, would you take the second step? Joan, will you take the third step and teach the people that I make this program available to everything you know about this particular step, and then would you also make yourself available for a tad bit of one-on-one time for anybody who wants it that particular week?"
Obviously you have to have limits. When you sell somebody something for $5,000 you've got to be able to look them in the eye and say, “Look, I expect that in week 1 you're going to do everything that we teach in week 1. You're not going to wait till week 4 to start doing week 1. "
"So you're going to do everything in week 1, and we're going to make John available to you for any kind of one-on-one consultation that you might need. We're going to make him available to you for 7 days. Then at the end of the 7 days, John can't help you anymore. Obviously you can go to John and talk to him on your own about setting up some personal consultation or something, but what my class covers is I give you 7 days access to John. I expect you to do step 2, and then on step 2 when Mark comes in, Mark takes over, he teaches the class, and he's available for the course of the week. "
Does that make sense right there and does that sound workable?
Caller: Yeah, that's a great idea.
Sean: And of course that answers your question, right?
Caller: It does except what do they get out of it? Do you share the profits? As the new person would you share the product launch with them?
Sean: Well, let's kind of brainstorm through this. Obviously one way we could do this is we could offer John and Mark and Joan and Mary - we've got 8 people, right? - so I'll just a high number here. We've got 8 people and we give each one of those people 5% of the selling price per person we put into the program.
