AdWords Learning A Profitable AdWords Campaign

The first campaign I found profitable was around 3 years ago. I was to promote a weight loss product for a client and within a few days. The biggest thing was that the product was a highly popular one. It was hitting the ceiling and I had to get a lion's share out for my client.

I was really astounded the way people ( read affiliates ) were throwing their money around having displayed their ads for weeks altogether. I had to get past them with a low budget which had been already set up by my client.

So here I logged into my AdWords account and I was thinking as to how I'd do it. I had the option of getting the big keywords first like “lose weight fast" and stuff but then who would pay for 20 bucks a click?

So I was just totally helpless.

My mentor and guru told me to think in terms of a customer. The customer has already been hard sold by others. He has been attacked almost in all ways and is in a mood of buying the thing or a similar product.

Fatso: " Gosh xyz fast weight loss is everywhere. . , i gotta buy something or I'll stay fat and loose my girlfriend. So now let me search something better"

He'll again see many ads of the same product. HE is CONFUSED because all the ads are SAME.
Fatso: " All these guys are selling the same stuff. Whom do I buy from?"

HERE COMES THE CHANGE:

Are you BUYING xyz fast weight loss?
But its FREE
Just 2 copies left.
www.yourwebsite.com

Fatso: “Hey there's a one saying that this product is free. . Whoa! I gotta take a look. " Click.
Fatso reaches the page. " My gosh! its sold out. . I was so close!! Well see this they are offering a bonus product with that. . My goodness! Only 7 copies left!. . . . I don't want to miss this one. . . . . Well since I was to buy this why not get a bonus with it. . . "
Click! Click . Click. .
YOU'VE GOT A SALE. . . .
And you'll get many more like these. . . .

The AdWords Learning Moral of the Post is:

1) Nobody is gonna look at other ads if you show them that you give it to them for free. . . .

2) This way your BONUS looks PRECIOUS. . .

What I did ( and so will you ) :

I bidded on the biggest terms. I got only a few clicks but they were already hard sold. I just had to show them this offer. 9 out of 10 people became my customers. the rest on my blog http://ehsas. co.in/grey/
