All network marketing businesses must have a steady flow of targeted, qualified leads. Using social marketing sites, such as MySpace, Squidoo, Digg and Propeller, you can create a steady lead flow at little or no cost. However, in exchange for no cost, these methods will require a great deal of time and commitment. And, if you are not familiar with the ins and outs of social marketing, you will no doubt need to learn some new skills.
When it comes to lead flow for your MLM, a good number should be 20-30 leads per day coming into your system to review your business opportunity. If you consistently see this volume of leads, your business will begin to move forward rapidly. It is always a numbers game. Twenty leads a day is 600 per month. Thirty leads a day is 900 per month! Over time, the numbers will work in your favor. Never lose sight of that fact, even when you are not seeing immediate results.
If you need to add another quality source for leads, pay-per-click (PPC) marketing can certainly work well to bring prospects flooding into your marketing system. Google will be the most effective, in my opinion, but there are other PPC networks. Some examples would be:
Now, before you jump in and enroll for a Google or Yahoo account, make sure you understand what you are doing. Many people (myself included) have lost a LOT of money on pay-per-click advertising. Google can be extremely effective in generating leads for your network marketing business, but it can also drain your bank account in short order! Again, be sure you know what you are doing before proceeding. It is extremely competitive on the front pages of Google and Yahoo, especially for MLM and network marketing industry terms. If you do not know how to bid correctly, and choose the most cost-effective keywords, you can spend a lot of money rapidly (and I mean serious amounts of money).
If you want to learn the basics yourself, there is no one better than Perry Marshall, author of The Definitive Guide to AdWords. If you simply don't have the time to learn the system, consider hiring a professional campaign administrator. You can find companies by searching for ppc marketing and managed internet marketing. Be warned, though, that this can be quite expensive. Consider this option only if you have the financial resources.
If your budget is limited, there is nobody better than YOU to oversee a pay-per-click campaign for generating MLMleads.
