For example, if your grandmother also cooks a great lasagna and your grandmother also cooks a great chocolate chip cookie, so you've had these three exposures to her cooking three different great things, then if she were to say to you, “Hey, let me teach you how to make a cheesecake, " then your trust level of her being able to teach you how to make a cheesecake, which is different than what you've already been exposed to, is probably much higher than if the only exposure you've had is her cherry pie or her lasagna.

Does that make sense?

Caller: Oh sure.

Sean: Ok, and the same thing happens on your list. If we go back to this idea, then these $50 and $100 and $500 products, although we're not thinking of them in terms of being our revenue producers because we're thinking of our high-ticket products as being our revenue producers, these $50, $100, and $500 products are similar to the cherry pie, the lasagna, and the chocolate chip cookies.

Somebody can buy your $50 product. You're not really concerned with the revenue. In fact, you may even be thinking, “Hey, I'm going to take all of the income that I get from $50 products and I'm just going to put that back into traffic. I'm just going to reinvest any $50 product or any $100 or less product. I'm just going to invest the revenue back into traffic. I'm not even going to call that profit. There's no profit in my $50 product. That just goes back into traffic to bring more people in. "

The purpose, though, that you think of in selling this $50 or this $100 product, or even this $500 product - the only purpose you have is not revenue generation, but the purpose is multiple exposures.

The person has the opportunity to buy your $50 product and say, “Hey wow, this could have been sold for $300. This guy really over-delivers. "

Then maybe they buy your $100 product, and many times people won't buy all three of them. They buy one and then they just assume that all of your products are along that same line.
