What kind of trust have you created if you did what I just suggested right there?

Caller: Significant trust.

Sean: Significant trust. What happens to somebody psychologically when you send them something that every day people pay $50 for? I mean we're not talking about an e-book that you'd normally send out for free, but something that people normally pay $50 for, and you've sent it to them absolutely free simply because you want to answer their question-

What does that do to somebody psychologically inside of their head? What are they thinking about you?

Caller: You're a good guy.

Sean: Yeah, there's a trust level that goes way up. I'm even going to take this to the next level, folks, and suggest that occasionally you do this. I'm not saying do it all the time. If somebody asks you a simple question and you can answer it in two lines, answer it in two lines.

But if you've got a situation where it's going to take you an hour to craft a solution for them, send them whatever you have that answers their question. Send it to them.

Let's move on. Well, before we move on, any questions about generating trust with subscribers?

Ok, no questions. So here's what I'm going to do, and I think this is what most of you have probably been waiting for through the whole call, but I don't believe it would be fair to just give you what I'm getting ready to give you without understanding everything before.

Because if you don't build the trust with people, then what I'm going to talk about won't work. If you don't personally believe the correlation between conversion rates that drop over time and the increasing value of the product and the fact that you make more money as those conversion rates go down but the product price goes up, if you don't see that, what we're getting ready to talk about won't make sense at all.

Again, if you're not building a relationship with your subscribers, then what I'm getting ready to talk about is not going to make sense at all.
