Why some online advertisement company should break up with their clients? You may have heard that holding on for too long can ruin everything; apparently this is also applicable to businesses. The motive of the online advertisement company is to earn profit and grow. However, there are times where breaking up with the clients is the necessity of the business, despite of the profit you they are earning.

The question arises here is “What should be right the time to break up with the client?” Read on to know the answer.

a) For the client: It’s really common to have SEO contracts of 6-12 months without cancellation. However, the client may want to quit the business in between due to external pressures. The client may face many issues internally and in such situation ending the contract on good terms will also be good for business. You may see many companies holding on the contract due to the clauses, but this may ruin the reputation of the online advertising company.

b) Client’s personality: A client can be very disrespectful to the employees and can also find using a harsh tone to the management. In such cases it is better to terminate the contract. Every company is responsible of their employee’s reputation and their well-being at work.

c) Not Profitable: One of the common mistakes anyone can often notice that SEO agencies are not tracking their profit as per projects. They are less concerned about the about profits from different projects as far as they are earning profits entirely from the business. Ideally in the long run such practice can cause harm to the business. The operation fees of the office will surely increase day by day and in such cases, if there is no profit from the clients.

d) Illegal or unethical work: If you have found that your client is involved in some sort of illegal and unethical work, it’s better to separate your firm from the potential association of that activity and off course from the client as well.

Ideally, online advertising company should try to save their client and sometimes issues can also be resolved. However, as a firm you have to decide what is acceptable and what is not. Also, it is suggested to write contracts in such a way that are easy to terminate without harming both the businesses.
