  1. Search engine verifications: Verifying site map and seeing whether the site is perfectly interacting with Google, Yahoo and Bing is foremost step and this can be done by verifying the sitemaps and monitoring the statistics.

  2. Identify the primary keywords: Research on keyword is best thing as one gets to know what the customers are using to search you. By creating the list of all imaginable keywords and selecting the most appropriate one aid in generating more number of searches per day.

  3. Keyword rich content: Integrate the keywords in the content of your page. Take care of keyword density and never try to repeat the words more than 3 to 4 times a page. Rewrite page titles, tags and headings with new keywords. Never overlap the page with too many keywords as it may lead to spam.
  4. Unique title and Meta tags: Vary Meta tags on each page as variety is spice and visitors enjoy new aspects. Incorporate new and authentic title along with Meta descriptors in such a manner that it matches with the actual page content.

    Get these Meta tags with new improved keywords.

  5. Be Unique and fresh: Keep the content fresh and new. Fresh content lures the search engines to return to the site.

    Incorporating fresh content, indication is given to the search engine crawlers that the site is active and vibrant and is worth visiting.

  6. Check your internal links: Linking will affect your search results and it is vital to check all the internal links to find that no link is broken. One must remember that Google recognizes keyword rich link to the content on the linking page.

  7. Tap Social media: Social media is the need of the hour to be in touch with public and to stay ahead in the race of competition. Tapping this aspect will aid in promoting the site and bring in more of active visitors and links. Utilizing the social network like Twitter, Facebook etc and making announcement about special promotion or about new products will enable the site to rope in mammoth organic traffic.

  8. Trace external links: External links affect the site’s ranking on search engines. The search engine values more incoming links to the site and will view the site as authority site. All the external links must be of good quality and free from any kind of spam.
  9. Speed of the site: This is vital factor that affects the search engine visibility. One must make sure that the site gets loaded quickly. This improves the performance of the site.
