What this is, in short, is a page where your prospects are urged to subscribe to your service. In other words, they are going to find this page, understand that you have some cutting edge ideas or products, and give you their email addresses, this way you can keep them updated or even send them free samples and other freebies. You might give them, for example, special codes to download free e-books. What you are doing, however, is getting an email contact list that you can use to develop even stronger networks and to increase sales.

  2. GetResponse: Aweber's main competitor.

At the end of the day, however, you need to use your autoresponder to streamline basic networking and marketing functions:

  1. Send coupons and sales notifications to customers and prospects across the board.
  2. Save time by having automatic emails sent out to contacts who are new to your contact list.
  3. Let prospects know that you are the kind of networker who keeps in touch with frequent emails about industry news, sales, deals, and new products.

In most cases, your autoresponder is going to be enough to drive your business to new heights. Sure, in some cases you are going to need to send out more personalized emails to individuals who have specific questions, but in most cases, you will be able to keep your prospects engaged and you also will be able to take your business to the next level. You also should remember to compose sensible emails that actually will inform your clients and which will inspire them to remain on your contact list.
