Once you have found out how to increase your traffic generation numbers you will need to figure out how to turn that number into qualified leads. All too often people get obsessed with increasing traffic and lose sight of how much of that traffic is being converted. Blog marketing has not closed its loop until a person has converted so not losing site of the prize is important.
Find out who they are
Signing up for a Google demographic program is a good place to start when working to turn your customers. Another way to find out just who your customers are is to just come right out and ask them a few questions. The most important of which is their e-mail. The best thing to have happen is to have the customer convert right then and there on their first visit. But, since this rarely happens you'll need to work on them a bit. Blog marketing is a process and nothing comes for free. You do need to do a little work.
Keep them coming back
One of the advantages of blog marketing is that you have the opportunity to try and keep the new customer coming back with valid and relevant content. If your demographic and other software tells you a group of customers is interested in a topic, keep writing about it and sing its products praises. Make sure you ask for the sale each time and eventually you'll turn traffic to a sale over and over again.
