There are many eBay sellers who are starting to realise that there's money to be made by creating and selling digital information products. Information products are more commonly known as e-books and are great to sell on eBay. That's because once they have been created they require no further work. All that needs doing is to list them on eBay and start selling them. You can even have them delivered automatically to your customers.
However, the best part is that they possess so much profit potential. Once they have been created, which costs virtually nothing, there are no other costs involved in reproducing your e-books. You get to keep 100% of the profits and you can sell each one as many times as you like. You can sell millions of copies of the same e-book. Just think of the profit potential if you had lots of these!
A lot of people struggle or are even scared of the thought of writing an info product, thinking that they're not able to do it. You may be surprised to learn that there is a quick and easy method you can use to create your first info product?
Creating an info product can easily be accomplished within a few days and can be ready for sale on eBay The first thing you need to do is to choose a niche to base your product around. This could be something you are interested in or knowledgeable about or even something you believe would be profitable.
The next step is to research information for your product. The easiest way to do this is to create a word document and paste any relevant information you find online that can be incorporated into your e-book.
Then you can develop a structure for your e-book. Do this by outlining a list of chapters. when you have your list of chapters you can start filling in the relevant information using the research you've already done. Make the product unique and do not copy other people's work.
Once you have all the content written, tidy the e-book up a bit. You can do this by adding headers and footers, putting some words or titles in bold etc. Try not to make your paragraphs too long so it is easier for the reader to read it. Your first e-book may not be a work of art but the next one will be easier and you can improve on your style. All this can be achieved in a few days depending on how much time you have to spare.
When all this is done and you're feeling pretty smug about your achievement, you still have another bit of work to do before you can put your e-book on sale. So, you now need to create sales materials such as a sales letter for your e-book, graphics - such as an eCover, a header, a footer and a background. List your e-book on eBay using the sales materials you have created yourself or had created. Finally, set a price, list on eBay and wait for the sales to roll in.
