Search engine optimization web site submission is one technique that works very well for creating inbound backlinks to your web site which tend to increase your search engine rankings.
Now, I prefer to use search engine optimization web site submission in conjunction with search engine optimization article submission, because they work together nicely.
You see, article submission generally creates very fast results, but if you submit the same article to all 500 article directories, over time, your links will diminish – but as long as you submit once per month, then you generally are fine.
But web site submission takes longer to get the links (some directories might take upt o 6 months to get your web site linked in, but the links tend to last longer and seem to stay higher in search engine rankings, in my experience.
So how do you do search engine optimization web site submission?
Choose a list of about 100 web site directories, preferably the ones that are ranked pr 4 or above, and simply submit your web site to the web site directories.
One tip: The title spot should not necessarily be for the actual title of your site, but should primarily contain the keywords for which you wish to be ranked highly.
For example, if I want to rank highly for “secrets of article promotion” (and I do), although my title on the web page might be “Secrets of Article Promotion for List Builders”, I might just use “Secrets of Article Promotion” as my title with the web site directories . By the way, for about 20% of them, alter the phrase up some, for example “Article Promotion Tactics”. It won’t take any thing away, but it won’t look like you paid some firm to blast your web site to a bunch of directories.
