Scrapbooking Page Titles How to Make Your Scrapbook Unforgettable

The pictures you put in your scrapbook without a doubt make it worth looking at. Would you like to know how to make your scrapbook unforgettable? You need to give your scrapbook a personality. How do you do this? Well, through the scrapbooking page titles, words and captions you put into your scrapbook. Without these then your scrapbook is basically just a book of pictures.

I have a number of my family's scrapbooks from the turn of the 19th century. Unfortunately there are no scrapbooking page titles, captions, poems or descriptions on the pages. So I have these 100-year-old scrapbooks and I don't know who most of the people I'm looking at are. This is a little frustrating to say the least considering I am related to them and it would be great if I knew who they were. The lesson here is you don't know how long your scrapbooks are going to be around. So make sure that the 3rd and 4th generations of your family will be able to look at them and know who they are looking at.

You start by selecting the titles. Each page should have a title. The title describes what the page is about and lets the reader know what they are reading about. Titles can be one word or a phrase. They convey the theme of the pages.

Your title can be a date of an event or a word that describes the event. However you can make titles more interesting by including quotes, sayings or simple phrases. If you are looking for inspiration you can look at my website. Or you can look at greeting cards, advertisements or commercials.

The scrapbooking page titles you use in your scrapbook are extremely important. Spend a bit of time deciding which ones to use. Keep in mind that a hundred years from now your family members might not know who they are looking at in your scrapbooks. Don't let that happen to you.
