How to Plan an Outdoor Wedding

Although it is winter now, it will become warmer and warmer, and more and more people will exchange vows under the sun or stars. So if you want to hold an outdoor wedding, some things you need to do before your wedding, they are as followed:

1. Set a date

Set your wedding date with your family and friends. If you wanna set on a January wedding, you may give up the oceanside ceremony.

2. Calculate the costs

According to your budget, make a plan about your wedding ceremony.

3. Choose a location

At frist, you’d better choose some locations, so you have many choices, you can choose the best one among them. Examine each location carefully and then take all the things into consideration to choose the best one.

4. Learn more about your location

Once you choose the location, learn more about it, such as neighborhood noise restrictions.

5. Discuss the details with your vendors

Because your vendors will offer you many materials you need, you should discuss those matters with them. So you’d better hire some vendors who already have outdoor wedding experience, not Green hand.

6. Take the weather into consideration, if your location is prone to rain, please don’t forget to make a note on the invitation:” In case of rain, please join us at…. ”

2. Choose wooden seats instead of metal seats, because wooden seats are tend to absorb heat and cold.

3. Buy some medicines about allergy for some guests who may have any allergies
