Creating a unique and creative party theme for a baby shower or a baby's first birthday can be tough. A great way to get ideas is to go through your scrapbooking stamps and see what you can find. If you have created baby pages you probably have a baby footprint stamp. This one stamp can create a beautiful and unique party theme. Here are 5 ways you can use your baby footprint stamp to create an original party theme.

Napkins:

Napkins are usually the most boring part of the party, but you can dress them up and make them original and gorgeous with your baby footprint stamp. Just add small footprints to the napkin, whether you want one set in the corner, or a little trail up the side of the napkin, or maybe even just a random footprint pattern over the entire napkin. This jazzes up the basic napkin allowing you to save a little money, and still look really nice.

Wrapping paper:

Make your own unique wrapping paper by getting plain white paper, used paper grocery or lunch bags and adding your own personal touch with a baby footprint stamp. You can use this to wrap a gift you are bringing to the party, or even the party favors you are giving to the guests. For some of these larger projects you can even use your baby's own footprint.

Invitations:

A great way to set the tome of a party is with the invitations. A great way to let everyone know your theme is going to be baby footprints is to use your baby footprint stamp on your invitations. You can create the invitations this way or you can even use the stamp on the back of the envelope. You can do this on your own or even get an entire baby footprint invitation kit, which will have everything you need in it.

Table cloth:

A plain old table cloth can be completely transformed with a little ingenuity and a baby footprint stamp. You can use the stamp on the corners, or in a pattern along the edge. You can even stamp a little dance step pattern across the entire table cloth. You can also do a little design around each place setting. Your options are on as limited as your imagination.

Streamers:

To make a plain streamer inspired, just get a light colored streamer, and then use a contrasting or complimentary color for your stamp. You can do them close together or far apart, whatever you think looks best.

As you can see there are tons of ideas to make a baby footprint themed party. You can customize it for a boy or girl depending on the color you use for your stamps. People will think you are a complete original when they see the decorations for this party.
