If you want to let loose and spend some time with your workmates, there are few better ways to do it than with a work party. Games like those listed below are a lot of fun, and will ensure that everyone has a great time.

“Karaoke Star” Work Party Game

If you’re looking to have a night out, karaoke nights are really fun whether people like to get up in front of the mike or just listen to others have a go. For this game you will need to divide the gang into groups. Each group will have to choose a name for their “band”. Then, each group is only allowed choose to songs that are some how related to the work they do! This is where the creative juices get flowing. You will be surprised at how very creative these people turn out to be when they are figuring out which songs have just the right lyrics for them. Hand out prizes for the most creative song choice, best performance and worst performance.

“Measles” Work Party Game

This work party game provides plenty of laughs, and doesn’t require much preparation either. All that’s required is a name-tag for each guest, and a box of spotty stickers in a color of your choice. Before the party, write a nonsensical name on each name tag, and hand them out to guests as they arrive. For the duration of the party, guests are only to be referred to by the name on their name tag; if a guest is heard referring to someone else by their real name, the person who heard it yells out “Measle!” and the guest who made the mistake is given a sticker. Guests have to count their stickers near the end of the party and the person with the least stickers wins.

If you’re organizing a work party, games really add to the event. The 2 listed above are only a starting point; with a little creativity you can organize a party to remember.
