What Would a Dream Father Look Like?

Visitors: 255

A Dream father is what we all deep down long for and as much as we try as Fathers we can never be perfect and will always make mistakes. However, we can aim to be as much as a Dream father as we can by noting what characteristics he would have and having a determined attitude to be like him.

How would you like to be treated? What surprises would you like to receive? How would you like to be disciplined? How much time would you like to offload to a Father figure? How would you respond to a gift you didn't deserve? How would you like a father figure who loves and accepts you regardless of your performance and results? How would you like the freedom to make mistakes as a path of learning and the freedom to enjoy your path to your dreams?

A Dream father knows that for the Dream to be fulfilled and for the dream not to ruin you with arrogance and bad pride you need special character. This character may seem unpleasant at times and even painful to develop in but as you trust the Dream Father you will desire this character more and more. The Dream father teaches you by example the joy of giving away the joy of inspiring and encouraging others and not thinking yourself to be more important regardless of your success.

The Dream father knows you better than yourself even and what you really enjoy doing. The Dream Father values integrity, honesty and sportsmanship more than success and won't compromise to accelerate results. The Dream father wants you focus on your performance when competing and if it is a team game how you can play the best role for the team according to their needs.

How many of us would be overwhelmed with such a Father that indeed we could call him a Dream Father.
