In developing bathroom designs, an idea that will certainly raise its head is to jump right into your design without a lot of research.
This is the worst thing that you could do. Bathroom remodelling takes a large amount of careful planning. But it can be reduced to 5 distinct steps.
Start with the Bathroom Design – Imagine in your mind, as clearly as possible exactly what it is in your bathroom designs – idea after idea will start to surface. Write down some details as you think of them.
Imagine how it will feel to sit at a dressing table in your bathroom designs – an idea that is quite feasible, if you have the space. Feel the dressing table, sit comfortably in the chair. Smell the cosmetics or after shaves collected on your dressing table.
You should be able to visualize every little detail of your bathroom designs – ideas for everything should be addressed before leaving this critical stage of the planning procedure.
Get it right in your mind and your bathroom designs idea will come together in “reality” just that much easier!
If you find yourself having trouble visualizing what you want, go somewhere that you usually do not frequent. Someplace quiet and peaceful. Then, sit back comfortably (or lie down) and close your eyes. Breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
This very basic technique from meditation will help clear your mind to make it easier to view your bathroom designs idea.
Now, slowly begin to explore your newly remodelled bathroom in your mind’s eye. What do you see that you like? Write it down. What do you see that you would like to change? Write that down as well.
With some practice you should be able to completely design your new bathroom in your mind before any design drawings are even thought about.
Just ask yourself “What kind of bathroom will I have when I’m finished?” Answer this and your bathroom designs idea becomes an easier project to bring to life.
