Infrared saunas can be found in many homes now days, as many people like the luxury of privacy, while they are in a sauna. Infrared saunas were designed for you to sweat in with no restrictions. Clothing can place restrictions on how and where you sweat. Ideally, saunas are to be used in the nude, but unfortunately most public places wouldn't be appropriate for this type of attire. Since sweating opens up the pores in the skin and cleanses them, people who have a problem with zits can benefit from saunas. It's a fact that infrared saunas have been known to kill the bacteria that causes acne, so acne sufferers, there is a possible solution to your problem.
