Visitors: 261

This is the second part of my article in which I provide information for those who are intending to hire a garden designer in London. In this article I will provide information for what is entailed when hiring a London garden designers and further information on ascertaining whether or not the London garden designer is the right one for the work which you need to be undertaken in your own garden.

Once you have identified and agreed to work with a particular London garden designer, then there will several more steps in the process before the work can actually be undertaken. The garden designer will request to come to your home and assess your garden and the work which is required to be undertaken. Again, I cannot stress this enough, a reputable garden designer will not charge you for this consultation as they should be confident in their selves and their ability to provide with an excellent service. This process is usually followed by the designer coming to your garden and measuring the garden and providing you with a detailed plan of the work which will be conducted. If you are able to assist in this process and contribute your own ideas to the design then this is an excellent indication for the designer of the work required and also allows them to gain a greater understanding of your specific tastes. During this process, it should also be possible for the garden designer to provide you with a rough estimates of costs, this is also excellent as it also allows you to indicate any changes or to scale the design down a little if you feel the proposed design is a little too expensive. This will not be a problem at all for any garden designer and they will be delighted for your input into the design and implementation process. It is possible to simply pay the garden designer for the design and contact and her external contractors but it really is most effective if you work with the actual designer themselves to ensure total satisfaction. You should speak with the designer in detail about this process to ensure that everything is clear and you can be delighted with your new garden. In order to achieve a truly beautiful garden, the process is never cheap but you really have to see this as a lifetime investment. The garden designer will always make recommendations on where you can save money, such as purchasing cheaper materials but this really is an investment which will guarantee you a lifetime of happiness.
