What would you get if you mix pineapple with rum? You'll have pina colada! And what will you get if you have pina colada and a tiki bar? FUN! Everybody would go out for a drink on Friday night; almost everyone would love the idea of spending their moment celebrating life with their friends rather than stay boringly at home while you watch TV shows you could hardly remember how many times you've seen. However, going out to the bar establishments would entail you to spend money, huge amount of money most specially if you begin to be tipsy and you start forgetting that what you have in your wallet is the money allocated for your weekly food budget. This is one of the most common misconceptions that people have towards building a tiki bar, actually the materials should not always be ‘new’. The older the materials used, the better the tiki bar would look.

Perhaps the most difficult item to look, is the materials that will be utilized for the roof, however if you are living near the beach or tropical places then it isn't a problem at all because you can surely get bamboos, palm, and nipa leaves.
