Most people who enjoy outdoor living are always troubled about what BBQ they should buy for their outdoor kitchen; whether you want gas, electric, charcoal or pellet, the answer will be determined by what you think will fit your lifestyles, your needs and, of course, the depth of your wallet. In choosing the kind of outdoor Bar-B-Que grill you want, you need to honestly tell yourself exactly want you want out of the BBQ grill. Factors that you may want to consider include whether you want to put a great meal together within no time and whether you care about the flavor.

The kind of BBQ that you will acquire will also depend on the amount of space that you have; in some cases, there may be features in your backyard that could limit what you may have gotten. Gas grills are quite common these days and they generally offer a good flavor, convenience, and versatility. Many gas grills will generally require a large amount of space and naturally they cannot be used close to other structures. This means that unless you have a large space, a gas BBQ grill cannot do for you. There are other BBQ accessories that come with the gas grill such as multiple burners, side burners, rotisserie kits and several other features; they also require fuel from a propane gas or a natural gas line. The great advantage of a gas grill is that you can have it heating and cooking in less than ten minutes.

A charcoal BBQ, on the other hand, is known for offering the best flavor on your foods when compared to all other types of grills. Just like gas grills, they also require a good amount of space. When you choose a charcoal grill you must remember that you need to buy charcoal but you will need some good amount of time before you can start grilling your food. Normally, there will be between 20 and 30 minutes from when you start lighting this BBQ until you are ready to grill your food. Additionally, charcoal grills can’t just be turned off like the typical gas grill but you can douse the coals using water when you are through but this will damage your new grills .

Electric BBQ grills are normally the least authentic of all grills in terms of food flavor but they have the advantage of being able to be used anywhere. With the electric grill, you can heat it up fast and you will not require any additional fuel other than the electric outlet that is nearby. One of the biggest letdowns with this type of BBQ is that you lose a great deal of food flavor; additionally, there are electric grills that don’t generate the high amount of heat that is required for searing food on the grill. This type of BBQ may do for a person with small spaces such as a small balcony instead of an outdoor kitchens .
