Bamboo Or Not Bamboo That is the Question

Visitors: 470

Of all of the types of floors that there are in the world the one that people generally have much conflict over is the bamboo floor. Some people say yea they like the bamboo floor while other people say nay they do not like the bamboo floor. I personally do like it but today we will see the bamboo floor pros and cons and then decide for ourselves what type of decision to make on the rating of bamboo flooring. Lets start off with the cons and then after we finish that topic move on forward into the pros. Knowledge is the key to everything so lets get a little more knowledge on bamboo floors.

There are many many cons associated with the use of bamboo floors. Some of these include the cost of getting the materials over here to this country since there are not many bamboo floor providers in the US. Also the bamboo floor requires that you use certain tools in the installation made especially for bamboo. It is a hassle to find these tools and they are expensive. More cons include the fact that you are destroying the main diet of pandas world wide. This is not a good thing to do to an endangered species. I am sure that they do not appreciate it at all. Well now that we have gotten that figured out let6s start to discuss the pros of having bamboo flooring.

There are many pros that come along with having bamboo floors. The first one is the fact that bamboo is a biodegradable material that is easy to use and environmentally friendly. Also it can last for a long time. Bamboo is durable and easily repaired if it gets scratched. Bamboo can be great when it comes to designing a home. It has a great natural look that makes people like it. It needs no staining because it has a natural coloration all the way through the material that does not reduce after sanding. So now the choice is up to you and me. We can either decide to get a bamboo floor or not. The argument is null anyway because that has always been our choice. So what will you do or invest in. As for me I think I will just stick to the floor that I have now.
