People are increasingly apprehensive about buying things online, especially from strangers. After buying scrap several times or joining affiliate programs that did not work, people think twice before spending their hard earned money on products they have only seen for the first time. Building confidence in your prospective customers should be part of your hosting and marketing strategy. Here are some ways to pre-sell your prospects.

A presale is the period before something is sold to somebody, or the period before a product, object, or work of art is placed on sale to the general public. As part of your hosting and marketing strategy, have a presale period and use it to build confidence in you and your products.

People want to buy from sellers they trust. Offline, we all have our favorite stores where we go to buy particular items. Over a time we have come trust the products and the owner. Online businesses are no different. Design your hosting and marketing strategy in such a way that it makes building a relationship with your customer a top priority.

One way to build a relationship is to give something of value. This may be a free how-to e-book that shows the reader a step by step method of solving a problem that is of concern to them. You may want to give out free information on regular basis as part of your hosting and marketing strategy. Some hosting companies give free bonuses that you can give away. The important thing is that the free product must be of high value to your prospect and make them to want to come to buy more staff.

Make capturing e-mails from prospects part of your hosting and marketing strategy. An auto responder can help you to capture e-mails and send offers regularly. You may want to use the first seven days to build confidence in a major product coming on the eight day through a series of e-mails. Build people's confidence in you, the seller by sharing knowledge. Show that you know what you are talking about and that you will be able to help your customers when they run into a problem.

A second way to build your reputation is to write informative articles and submit them to article directories. When people read your articles and are impressed, they will want to know more about you. As they read your articles or subscribe to your newsletter their confidence in you will grow and as a result they will start trusting your products. Write honestly and do not recommend things you have not tried yourself. Quick bucks will just destroy your reputation.

The main aim of internet marketing is to sell products and make money. Since products are bought by people, make building trust part of your hosting and marketing strategy. Adopt a hosting and internet strategy that is based on giving first in order to build confidence before selling.
