How does a 2 tier program differ from a 2 up program?
A 2 tier program is a program that involves you and the person that brought you into that particular program. You will pay him a commission and his sponsor a commission. This will benefit you because it will keep you and your sponsor pretty close because he wants you to make sales so he will get that commission. If you are involved in a 2 up program you will have to send up your first 2 sales and then you will get a commission on your third sale. You will loose all of the sales that those people make. There is a bigger benefit to the 2 tier compensation plan rather than the 2 up compensation plan.
How will you loose money on a 2 up or passup program?
When you join a program that you have to passup your sales to your sponsor you loose those sales plus the sales that they make forever. So if you happen to pass up a “Heavy Hitter", one that has been involved in marketing for a long time and makes sales, you will not make a dime from that person. Since you had to passup that sale your sponsor will make all of that money. This form of compensation is taking a gamble just like playing the lottery. If you make it you make it and if you don't you don't. A passup program can make you lots of money, but you could make more if you didn't have to send up people that you paid advertising for to get to your site.
In conclusion if you have looked into an online business opportunity you probably have seen all of the different payment compensation plans. Some of the plans are good and some are not so good. If these payment plans benefit the company more than the worker, you, then do not be a part of that company. If you wanted the company to make more than you do then you might as well stay in the corporate world.
